Arrival and introduction to the farm
The stay begins slowly, by meeting the hosts, the animals and the farm. First, we agree on what is possible that day, how much time there is and what interests the guests most.
A stay for those who want to slow down, spend time in nature, meet the animals and be on a farm that has its own daily rhythm. Arrival is arranged in advance, according to season, weather and what is possible on the farm at that time.
The farm does not look the same in every season. Sometimes there is more work around animals, sometimes around raspberries, sometimes we go into the woods, and sometimes what stays with guests most is a quiet meal and time spent outside. That is why the outline is arranged before arrival, not a rigid schedule.
The stay begins slowly, by meeting the hosts, the animals and the farm. First, we agree on what is possible that day, how much time there is and what interests the guests most.
Cows, calves, hens, pigs and truffle dogs are part of the farm every day. Animals are seen calmly, with the hosts and without pressure, so the visit is comfortable for both them and the guests.
Depending on the season, guests can see or try simple tasks around the yard, animals, raspberries, food or the day’s preparation. The point is not hard work, but feeling how the farm truly lives.
When the weather allows, part of the day is spent outside: in the woods, near the meadows or in places where the calm beneath Velebit is felt best. Everything is adjusted to weather, group and season.
Food is arranged according to availability. Sometimes it is raspberries, eggs, syrup or marmalade, sometimes simple farm bites, and sometimes food prepared over an open fire.
The second day leaves space for more farm life, nature, conversation and a calmer rhythm. The goal is not to overfill the time, but to leave with the feeling that you were truly part of a day on the farm.
The most important thing is to know who is coming, how many people are in the group, whether you are coming with children and what interests you most. That way, the stay can be shaped to be pleasant for guests, realistic for the hosts and good for the animals.
The program is for guests who want to see what a real day on the farm looks like — without staging, without rushing and without a tourist performance.
Accommodation, the farm experience and meals during the stay are included. For a two-day stay, the package includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners.
Guests take part in everyday farm tasks according to the season and what is actually happening on the farm that day.
